im trying to make a phone call but it says "emergency calls only." for some reason its in "offline mode" how do i get it to "online mode" or what can i do to make phone calls?

? The only time that's ever happened to me is when it was locked because I put the password in wrong like a billion times. Erm...or maybe it had something to do with the sim.
But then I haven't had a Nokia phone in years so I haven't really got a clue.
