Hi, I'm on a Cross Country team (that's long distance running) and I want to stregnthen my legs. Are there any good Wii Fit stregnth exercises that I can do to help... Besides free run and that stuff, I do that all the time.

There's heaps of good stretches and stuff in the Muscle workouts
