What is the most common way to get Carpal Tunnel?
I know what it is, but how do you get it?
I've heard texting or typing a lot is a cause.

Carpal Tunnel is caused when the wrists are used repeatedly to perform a constant motion multiple times. Yes, typing and texting are included in this, but to get carpal tunnel would have to be from doing one of these activities for hours straight each day for weeks, or months, in a row.

Seriously, yes it can. Any repetitive motion using the hands, wrists &/or arms can lead to arthritis or carpal tunnel syndrome. Especially if she's texting a lot - like most of the day.
