Um, where to start.
Combating disease (including MRSA, Flu & C-Dif), designing machines, designing software, GM crops (actually, any crop you care to grow has been modified through evolution to produce more edible food), Cows, pigs, sheep, chickens- all domesticated animals are the products of deliberate evolution by humans (including all breeds of dogs).
