What are some ideas for a super hero party?

my sons turning 3 and his party is super hero themed, what are some game ideas and food ideas that can go along with this theme?

    When the kids come in, you should give them each a cape and mask and let them decorate them.

    For the invites, maybe have a picture of your son in costume and something like "Calling all Super Heroes! Meet us at the _______________'s Headquarters on (date) (time) for a Super birthday celebration!"
