What should i get my friend for her birthday?
ok i have a limit of $30 and so far i am getting her the metro station cd which is only $9 at target and a bottle of 409 (inside joke). there is more i want to get her im just out of ideas. she's one of my best friends so i want to spend as much as my limit. can you plz give me ideas (and plz no gift card ideas)?

Get her a zebra print picture frame, with a pic of you and her, and pink neon quotes, at the bottom of the frame. You could also write cute little things like XOXO on the side, or make the frame look edgy by adding glitter. You could even add ribbons, or gems. Anything is possible. And it's cheap.

Most girls love pictures, buy her a soft ball picture frame and put a picture of her in it.
