Bone pain in lower legs, what could it be?
It feels like coldness in my bones. It's only in my lower legs (shins).
I've had the pain since I was about 10yrs old (I'm 30 now). The only thing that gets rid of the pain in putting very hot compresses on it. It usually doesn't occur very often, but lately its happening alot and it really hurts!

Never heard of this. I was going to say sgin splints, but that is obviously not it. It could be. In that case, take calcium with magnesium. Shin splints are just small fractures in the bone, called stress fractures. That helps with alot of bone pain. I had pain in my hips once, did that and it went away. Calcium does not work without magnesium, that is why so many Americans get osteoperosis. We are deficient in magnesium.
