Candles & Scents? Adding scent ?

I use warmers for my candles rather then using a lit wick. Most of the wax remains when the scent is long gone. Any ideas on what I could add safely to the wax to add scent. I know a candle shop or craft shop has those things but I mean any household items such as vanilla or lemon extract(for cooking) anything? Keep in mind, I use a warmer I don't burn them..

Update:

guy you can not stick your wick into my hot wax, sorry..

Take your warmer, clean out all the wax. Then You can use Vanilla, Cloves, Cinnamon, Rose petals, (or any flowers' petals), ceder chips, whatever you find that has a sent you enjoy. And add water. You do not need the wax in a warmer.

vanilla extract would work, lemon extract maybe I'm not sure b/c its a little thicker. You can add anything natural that's around your home, like lemon or lime juice, just put a tablespoon (or less depending on how much wax is left in your warmer) in with the wax. I would recommend getting the scented oils though. Turn on your warmers and let the wax melt, then add your fragrance and stir it with a toothpick.
