FBI fingerprint criminal background check gives a "red flag" on my record?

Is it true that a "red flag" will show up on my record each time a FBI check is granted regardless I was arrested or not? Thanks!

Update:

I need to get this FBI fingerprint test for a hospital job, so how will this "red flag" affect me in the future? Let's say if I switch to another job, will my record show the explanation of this "red flag" ?

    a "red flag" doesnt just mean you were arrested.

    and yes it will come up every single time a background check is issued.

    if you want to know what it is you will have to get in touch with them yourself and go through a lot of paper work to find out.

    Really cause I thought a "Red Flag" was when a Chocolate Monkey is about to puck it's chili up!!!!!!!!!!!
