Bill-O, Hannity, Coulter, and Dick Morris have such a distorted view of reality that boils down to this:
Anyone that doesn't show blind praise for America and refuses to accept and acknowledge any flaws in our political and government systems is a communist, socialist, and terrorist.

It would seem that Obama may be more than a small "s" socialist. At least, at one time, he was an active member of the Democratic Socialist Party's Chicago affiliate in the 1990s. Among other documentation, a 1996 issue of Progressive Populist magazine states,
New Party members and supported candidates won 16 of 23 races, including an at-large race for the Little Rock, Ark., City Council, a seat on the county board for Little Rock and the school board for Prince George's County, Md. Chicago is sending the first New Party member to Congress, as Danny Davis, who ran as a Democrat, won an overwhelming 85% victory. New Party member Barack Obama was uncontested for a State Senate seat from Chicago.
It's really not necessary to have these direct connections - Obama's stand on almost every issue make his (pragmatic and mixed) socialistic agenda quite clear.

No but it is not the kind of system that works. Losers living off those that work and accomplish something ends up with loss of incentive. All you have to do is look at France and most of Europe. The socialization of medicine and labor force has reduced what were thriving economies to rubble. If socialism is so great why have Cuba, China and The soviet Union gone away from it to the capitalist system??

Socialism:
Noun-
1. a theory or system of social organization that advocates the vesting of the ownership and control of the means of production and distribution, of capital, land, etc., in the community as a whole.
2. procedure or practice in accordance with this theory.
3. (in Marxist theory) the stage following capitalism in the transition of a society to communism, characterized by the imperfect implementation of collectivist principles.
Communism:
Noun-
1. A system of government in which the state plans and controls the economy and a single, often authoritarian party holds power, claiming to make progress toward a higher social order in which all goods are equally shared by the people.
2. The Marxist-Leninist version of Communist doctrine that advocates the overthrow of capitalism by the revolution of the proletariat.
Sound similar? Yep. The ideals go hand in hand. Sound like what Senator Clinton and Senator Obama are peddling? Yep.

Give me a break.
Socialism is a kitten's hair width away from Communism.
You can't get ahead in a Socialist system, because once you do all your earnings go up in taxes - so what's the point?
Why don't all you socialist, liberals just move to Europe and let this country along?
Why do you idiots think this country was formed in the first place?
I guess it had nothing to do with outrageously high taxes did it?
