I forgot how my user name and password to yahoo answers?

i just forgot how to log on my yahoo answers account, im on it right now asking this questions, but as i typed up this question i forgot my username and password.

Update:

i know my email address and password but i dont know what help that would do

    well ur username is at the top where it says hi, (username)

    but idk about the password thing
