I think the sleeping pills that you took are still in your pocket. Otherwise, you probably may not be in a position to put this question.

Take proper advice / suggestions from authoritative sources like doctor or elders. Obey their instructions. Change your food and other intake habits. Change your company/association. Change your mind set.

    Everything will become alright soon.

i take seroquel for mental sickness. it gets you to sleep within the hour. sleeping pills wear off and r not really meant for long term use. if u have mental problems and cant sleep it is a miracle drug. look up the uses on the internet then see a doctor.

  • if you want to sleep, get a prescription sleep aid

    or take benadryl

why are you pondering such things, dont kill yourself

    but since you ask...

it depends on how long it is in your system

the longer it is in there the higher chances of fatality

Neither. I take six tylenol simply sleeps a night. i feel mad nice as i drift off into sleep. But dude, lay off the sleeping pills. They get addictive even if they box says they are "non habit forming."
