Problem with cracked version of Oblivion?
I'm have Oblivion, and I got a crack for it, so I don't need the CD.
It's been asking me for some file, but then I moved it into the contents of my Oblivion game, I opened it, and it worked for a second (there was a black screen in the top left of my computer with the heading 'Oblivion'), but then a second later, it said an error has occured and it will be shutting down. What should I do?
I do have the real game, i just don't want to use the CD.

no you can't go to jail unless you have another 2000 of these cracked games
but oblivion is already a very complex game with a lot of bugs and this will be strengthened by a cracked version.
oblivion has a lot of files on the disc that it needs to use so making a cracked version is very hard.
i'm guessing that its the cracked version that's at fault you can try some others but it would probably be simpler to buy the real version
hope this helps

Cracks on games probably make the game worse, and you can even go to jail like that. It's really not worth it to do illegal copies.
Does Oblivion have a free trial?
