you want to come up with a mascot the age of the children from your organization can relate to... if your organization are for babies then you can make babies stuff into mascot... or maybe something that kids from elementary school usually see everyday to remind them of that organization.... then just use those colors to give those things a humanize figures like blue eyes gold hair and white t-shirt... or whatever! hope this helps!

I guess it would depend on the nature of the organisation and how exactly they help children.
