When will i be able to?
Got my belly peirced on saturday and just wondering if anyone knows from experience when it is safe to do sit - ups again. It may hurt but, will doing them 'force' the bar out (cause my body to reject the peircing).
Any help appreciated.

Forget Sit-ups.
Do the "Plank" Exercise(Search it if you don't know it)
And eventually work up to holding it for atleast 2 minutes.
