How do I fight Mazda to honor their Warranty?
My Husband's 2007 Mazda3's engine is blown. It's under warranty still but Mazda has told us they have voided the warranty because the engine was not properly lubricated. I have all the oil change receipts, proof of maintenance and they're still not helping. I contacted Mazda Corporate and the dealership General Manager - and got nowhere. How do I fight them to honor this warranty and cover the engine replacement? I'm NEVER buying Mazda EVER again!!

Unfortunately car companies can only make money off of women. Men are too difficult to make money off of.
Thank you come again.

This is a situational item and will depend on a few factors.
When was your last oil change? If it was very recently then a Mazda employee may have been negligent and not filled the car with the right amount of oil, or perhaps left the new oil filter too loose...but...
Did you have any indication there was a problem? Did you have a "Low Oil" indicator light on? Did you have a Check Engine light on? If you continued to drive any significant distance with these (and they would know as the ECU registers these problems) then you would be considered negligent and they could refuse warranty.

Do you have any local newspapers or a radio show in town that helps with the consumer complaints ? In your case, you need to have a higher notoriety value for a bigger company to listen to you. Follow recommendations in the owner's manual so that you can go to higher authority. Can you go to another dealer ?
Create a website that says mazdasucks.com, mycarsucks.com is taken so good luck with the crusade. Let people complain and talk about their problems with mazda ownership.

Their warranty doesn't cover neglect or abuse. There has to be proper maintainance not what you think is good enough. I find it hard to believe the manufacteror wouldnt take care of it if it wasnt your fault. YOUR ignorance is not covered by ANY car warranty.
PS. To the "rock jumper". You are stupid.
