Are there any Over-The-AIR PVRs that do not require a subscription?
Is anyone aware of any product now on the market where one could record regular TV via an antennae where there is no cable or satellite? I'm not looking for TIVO. Dual Tuner would be preferred.

Yes, you can use a FTA Free to Air satellite receiver without subscription to record OTA Over the Air channels. Popular Dual Tuner PVRs include:

You will need to use an external hard drive to record shows, but can record two shows at the same time.
