This person has my main Yahoo email in which I conduct all of my business along with congregational business. I need a quick and painless way to keep this person from accessing my Yahoo email again.

make another account and request your new password to get sent 2 it, (this way the nut can't see the new password) then go to this account (the one you used to ask this question) and change it

Change your account password.
Also I wouldn't trust Yahoo mail with my business messages.
