the one that people counts u with is the combat in other words the 2 swords the graph most people don't have a care about

I am an experienced runescape player so the answer is your combat level is 4. When you click the 2 swords thats your combat. Your total level is all your skills added together but combat level is not included in total level. When people put there cursor on you they see your combat level which is 4 and you can raise it by training attack, defence, strength, hitpoints, magic, range, prayer, or summoner.
