Yahoo Mail Account Settings?
My yahoo mail account last name, was entered inncorrectly the first time. I went into my account settings to go change my last name to my real one. It shows that I made the change to the real one, but then when u go to send a message, it still shows up as the old inncorrect last name.
What am I doing wrong?
What am I suppposed to do to make it change?

Now, you just need to change the "from line"setting.
Mail page>>options (top right)>>scroll to and click on "general preferences". At the top of that page----erase the name that shows on the From line and type in something else---a nickname or an alias or whatever suits you-----then click "save" at bottom of page.
Just in case you're using the "New Mail".
Mail page>>options>>mail options>>accounts (side panel)>>add/edit an account>>Yahoo mail (side panel)>>edit>>general preferences----and change it and save it.

need to remove the 2 step sign in for my email....signed up by mistake about 10 minutes ago. Just want to sign in with 1 password.
