Is it legal to send packs of cigarettes in the mail?
My dad wants to send my mother cigarettes and since I am the computer genious EYE have to find out if its ok... Right so, FROM California, TO Nevada - and he is thinking of sending a few packs. Thanks!

I buy cigars through the mail all the time. I think sending them to someone may be an issue though, since each state has a different law and tax for tobacco. I think its fine in small volume, at worst your dad would get charged a pack.

In the U.S., only via express mail, and when held for pickup so the recipient can be identified (& determined to be of the required age). Sounds like too much trouble to be worthwhile.

I would assume its ok since there are websites that you can order cigarettes from and they mail them to you. Sure its ok.
