I need math homework help?

Ok I am helping my little sister with her homework and it is dividing decimals I know how but I got to one and got stuck and there are several similar to it if someone could show me how to do it and work it out then I can get the rest of them with out help...

42.5 is out side the division symbol

.85 is inside

I used a calculator and got the answer 0.02 I just dont know how to explain to her how to do it!

Update:

but no matter how many zeros I add the inside is always smaller!

    well if you know, the decimal point for the 1 inside goes straight up (but also, the one outside, you have to move the decimal over to the right until it is a whole number and do the same for the 1 inside except you do it the amount of spaces you had to move for the one out side. then divide the rest.

    Well you move the decimal one 42.5 to make it a whole number. You moved it one place, now you do the same on .85 to make it 8.5. Then bring decimal up. You add zeroes when needed.
