What's a good book to read..?

I'm tired of reading the same few pages of "The Power Of Now"...just can't absorb. I just want to put it down "Now".

Btw...here's something you can think about...

Update:

lim: I've read the whole series, and St. Claire's too. But my fave of Blyton's is the Enchanted Wood and Wishing Chair series.

bean: Thanks for the help...or not. Okay..I'll go read the foreword again...for the umpteenth time....

If you can't concentrate on The Power of Now and start to mull over a Woman's Orgasmic History from the way she walks, maybe you should just stop reading and call your boyfriend / girlfriend ..lol...

But if you still prefer to read, may I suggest

    1. Orgy Planner Wanted - odd job and curious careers in the ancient world by Vicky Leon

    2. The Erotic Poems by Ovid

    3. The Book of Love by Rumi

    Have fun reading!

    Try the following:

Wicked (Gregory Maguire) - my favourite book ever. If I read it any more, it might just disintegrate...

Eragon and its sequels (Christopher Paolini) - even though it took a tremendous amount of willpower to finish the second time, so it's probably meant as a one-time read only.

Darren Shan Saga (Darren Shan) - interesting enough, but I could only read it two or three times before getting insufferably bored.

Harry Potter (JKR) - the modern classic! Good for a few readings:)

Artemis Fowl (Eoin Colfer) - hilarious!

The Boleyn Inheritance (Philippa Gregory) - fascinating Tudor fiction.

Twilight (Stephenie Meyer) - average, but if the first book got you hooked, don't read the second; it was an unbelievable waste of time. Recommended only if you like someone going on and on about how "hot" someone is. Sheesh.

Ouran High School Host Club (Bisco Hatori) - this is seriously the funniest thing that I've ever read! It's a fairly long manga series, though, so you might want to read the scanslations.

Tsubasa (CLAMP) - things are getting interesting, but it's better to read it online unless you want to collect that many books.

Full Moon O Sagashite (Arina Tanemura) - aww!!! It's still my favourite manga!

Of course there are other good books, but these are just personal preferences <3

There's the scanslation websites down there, by the way.

Any Agatha Christie book. If you have to choose one, pick up The Murder of Roger Ackroyd - her most famous.
