How far in advance to make a vodka watermelon!?
I am hosting a party on Saturday. Today is Wednesday. Is it too late to make a vodka watermelon. I have never made one before. I have read about it on here and watched videos on youtube. Any advice would be good. Thank you! My biggest concern is, will it be too late to make it tongiht and have it ready by Saturday night.

You shouldn't even put the vodka in until Saturday morning, or the watermelon will dissolve! Cut a round hole out of the side of the melon and pour the vodka in there. Then, before serving, pour it out into a pitcher to drink - and slice the watermelon to eat.......
