    Al(NO3)3 - soluble (all nitrates are soluble).

    PbSO4 - insoluble.

    (NH4)2S - soluble (all ammonium compounds are soluble).

    FePO4 - insoluble

    I don't really understand why you wrote each one so many times, however

    aluminum nitrate- soluble

    lead (II) sulfate- insoluble

    ammonium sulfide- soluble

    iron (III) phosphate- insoluble
