What can i use for my skiin, please help??

I suffer with very dry Eczema...I 've always used Cortisone, but im told it causes thinning of the skin and cause problems later.

It gets worse in summer, As the heat in South Africa are quite strong....

Is there any safe products i can use?? should i change my diet , etc?

I've had Eczema as a child, and have marks all over my body...anything else i can use for the scar tissue.

I've been using Tissue oil like since forever, and still no improvement.
