Can someone please translate this for me in Italian?

And without using those translating cites that translate it the wrong way.

Molise is a southern Italy. It Borders Abruzzo to the north-west, Lazio to the west, Campania to the south, Puglia to the south-east and the Adriatic sea to the north east.
