It's because of the all the blood flow, extra hormones, and plus the pressure of baby as s/he lowers. It's normal.

Totally normal it's your body's way of getting ready for the baby to come into the world.

Your body is changing (ligaments stretching etc,) so that you can give birth. Totally normal.
