Can I refreeze lil weenies?

I am going to make an appetizer for tonight- lil weenies in a sauce. They have already been frozen- can I refreeze them in the sauce if they don't all get eaten tonight and save for another day?

    Once they have been thawed and "cooked" they are safe to refreeze. Just make sure they have been completely cooked through.
