If my TV already gets high definition channels (no cable, just using HD antenna) will I still NEED to use the converter box? I bought one and hooked it up, but it makes the picture worse than what I was getting without it.

I got my dad and step mom gift cards for Christmas for admittance to the Harley Davidson Museum and for the Harley restaurant that is located on the museum grounds as well. What would be a cool way I can present them their gift? Before, we've done dinner and a play gifts and just wrote a short poem about their evening out and put it in a nice frame.....should I just do something like that again in some sort of Harley themed frame or something else?

we have a 12 ft tree here at my work that I put up every year. Last year when I put it up half of the lights didn't work- I tried to find any broken ones but ran out of time and ended up just putting on extra strings of lights on the dead branches. I want to fix it this year without having to resort to the extra bulk of string lights- how can I find the cause of the problem an fix it?!

I have a bunch of old car keys (probably like 100, I work at a car dealership!). I really don't want to just throw them away, so I thought I'd make something with them to give to my managers for Christmas. What can I make with them, most of them have a plastic/rubber top. I was thinking about some wind chimes- but would that work with the rubber at the top or should I have some type of pipe in the center of the chime for them to bang into? Or do you have any other ideas of how I can use them in gifts or how to make the chimes?

31, male, my hubby, for Christmas. I was thinking about signing him up for those events where you can drive an actual race car around the track a few times- but that only comes to our state once a year in the summer.

I am going to make an appetizer for tonight- lil weenies in a sauce. They have already been frozen- can I refreeze them in the sauce if they don't all get eaten tonight and save for another day?

We have had issues with one sister in particular our whole lives (we're all older than 23) - there are three other sisters and we're fed up. She is rude to everyone when she starts assuming we're being "mean" to her, she twists stories about what happened to make it seem like she was being treated unfairly, and she is jealous of all of us. We all know she has insecurity issues about herself and that is why she acts the way she does- so we've decided to have a sort of intervention. I am going to try to get her to come over to a location to talk with everyone about the most recent issue that happened but we're gonna let her have it about everything. And of course she will feel like we're "attacking her" (which is what she says any time anyone comments on her actions) but how can we all walk away after this knowing she understands that she needs to change or to get some psychological help?

me and 5 other women for an administrative assistant position. I know I am perfect for this job and hopefully I came across good in the interview. They have another group interview this week and will narrow it down to a few candidates and let us know next week. So now what? Should I send one of the interviewers a "thank you for meeting with me" type email? if so what should I say so I can stand out a bit from the rest?

I recently realized I need to stop dreaming and start acting on my crafting skills! So I want to start selling stuff at craft shows/fairs. All the shows I have gone to never have any pet products so I was thinking of doing cat stuff (pillows, food dishes, treat jars, etc). I've looked up various info online, but wanted to hear other peoples info/input on this.....whats the best way to get started? Make a bunch of stuff then line up the shows? Would cat stuff be a good idea?
