What's a good gift for a Dale Jr. fan?

31, male, my hubby, for Christmas. I was thinking about signing him up for those events where you can drive an actual race car around the track a few times- but that only comes to our state once a year in the summer.

The driving experience may come around only once a year but I promise you by giving him that as a present he will never forget it. NEVER EVER FORGET IT. Even if he has to wait for it to happen he will talk about it with all of his friends about him getting to go drive a real NASCAR race car at a race track. That is really a great idea and you shouldn't try to talk yourself out of that as an option for a gift for a man. Material gifts get old after a while and take up room in the house but to drive a race car will be something he never forgets.

    --------

Let me add this. By purchasing a driving experience you are helping support your or his favorite driver's team by giving them money in a time when economy is bad and sponsors are becoming scarce.

    ------

There are different driving experiences. I know Jeff Gordon, Kyle Petty, and Dale Jarrett each has them so be sure to check out the different teams that may offer it before ruling on one or the other or before ruling it out completely.. Be sure when deciding whether or not he can actually drive a car or just ride on the passenger side. There are different packages.

sure, Petty made the appropriate determination, optimistically we are able to verify some wins for Petty agencies, and get Bobby Labonte back in victory lane some greater cases, even Kyle.. pass Dale Jr & Hms

Try getting a autographed car from For Race Fans Only on QVC.com

Maybe a deffer ed gift, a ticket to the next race in your area, and maybe a pit pass if you can get it. They are great - up close & personal.

Does he have a Jr autograph? if not, I bet that would make him one happy camper.

I got one last Christmas, I almost fell out of my chair. And I am 30.

Last year for Christmas, I got my husband (Jr. fan) a die-cast 1/24 scale.

A t-shirt and a baseball cap, he loved them all.

You can't go wrong with any of those options provided you get him ones he doesn't already have.

These are some really good websites, he'll love whatever you get him, NASCAR fans love anything that has to do with their driver.

How about an intervention??? Just to try to help them come to their senses??

Oh c'mon people.... as Triumph the Insult Comic Dog says......I kid because I care ..........

I've taken more grief from Jr. Nation while walking up to the track wearing my Gordon gear than I care to remember.... but it was all in fun.... just like my response.....

As the Brits would say, "Don't get your knickers in a twist"
