Name this cuisine or region?

Around here Indian or South Asian would be used if a generalization was applied to a restaurant or shop. It covers the fairly unique cuisines of India and Pakistan and many Middle Eastern foods which are also common in those cuisines due to Islamic influences throughout history in those areas. I buy ingrediants for all of those cuisines at what is labeled an "Indian Grocery"
