while Eminem has released an album and he wasn't suffering, or convalescing, from drug habit together as he made it, then this is not any question -- he's the winner. "restoration" is the best rap album of 2010.

I thought "The Cool" was released in '07.. since, grammy nominees in any category really arent that great anymore I've stopped watching.. but KiD CuDi's, "A Kid Named Cudi" is t.h.e. bomb
and Nas was.. ok. not classic "Illmatic" (obviously), not "I Am".. or "Stillmatic" either
