I prefer to go to the Arcade in Raffles Place. There are lots of money changers there, so i find their rates seem to be better.
Go to the ones one the 2nd floor and look for the one with the queue. Their rate is normally different by 0.005 or 0.01 compared to the ones at the main entrance.

mohammad mustafa & samsuddin co.. syed alwi rd and serangoon rd.. in their website got online updated pricing of currency exchange rates.. and its 24 hrs.. sometimes, you must get out of your neighbourhood.. for better deals..
