Before being nominated for Vice President did Sarah ever travel outside of Alaska?

NEVER...She just got a Passport for gods sake. She has never even been to Mexico! Myself and most of my friends went there since we were teens!

Yes. After Palin was nominated, the campaign announced that she had gone on one trip abroad, where she visited troops in Kuwait, Iraq, and Germany and met with some sort of officials in Ireland.

The trip became an embarrassment to the Republicans when it was discovered that she actually only met with troops in Kuwait and Germany. She had traveled in Kuwait to a border crossing with Iraq, but had not entered the country. It also turned out that she had met with no one in Ireland. The plane had merely stopped to refuel, and she had not gotten off.

I suspect that Palin gave the info to the campaign and the campaign passed it on to the media without checking. Only later was it found out she was lying.

At that time the campaign also announced that she had visited Mexico on vacation. They offered no details. But since she had just gotten her passport for the first time last year when deciding to go on that photo op trip, and nobody has managed to find any details on this supposed trip, there isn't any evidence when it might have happened. I believe you need a passport to travel to Mexico now, but previously one was not required, which would make it hard to prove or disprove an earlier vacation trip. It's hard for me to imagine Palin being comfortable in a country full of people who are speaking some foreign language, or even her wanting to go there in the first place.

She lives right next door to Canada, and they aren't claiming she's even gone there once in her life.

She attended college in Hawawii in 1982, she also moved from Idaho to Alaska she said she could see Russia from her house scary, so maybe that detoured her travel until McCain came into the picture and now she's been to Florida, Ohio, ect! and took a crash course in Washington and now shes ready to be VP And even The President if something happend to John

She can see Russia, and she is from Idaho. She did RECENTLY visit Russia, actually, but only to lift the campaign for foreign policy reasons. Aside from that, since her mayoral time, im not so sure.
