When does someone stop being a number one fan and become a stalker?

When you start following them around, like instead of observing the celebrity from your home or where ever your actually going and following them, also I would say someone who is constantly going to a celebrity's concerts is definitely a stalker.

This is a confusing question - lol.

Well a number 1 fan is a fan who supports the celeb by buying all their albums and they buy all their merchandise and respect them and don't really become obsessive...

A fan who goes from being a #1 fan to a stalker is a person who becomes way too obsessed and is bored.

But I don't know why there would be stalkers in the 1st place. Maybe they are too dedicated?

Well a stalker is someone who wants to know WAAAAAAAY to much I guess. And thinks they are going to marry them. Trys to find out their address, phone number, email and so on. I've seen plenty. But a number 1 fan loves to know the facts has a celeb crush listens to their music watches their movies and loves to do alot to do with them.

or basically any jonas brothers fan, that has every inch of there walls with there face, and cant think or talk about anything besides that.

id say im more than a #1 fan, but its not really stalking either..
