Cell phone says "Memory is not enough"?

My M500 by Samsung says "memory is not enough" when I try to use the camera, but there are no pictures, videos, texts, or voicemails stored in it, and I only have 2 downloaded ringtones. This is a new problem - it used to work fine.

Can anyone tell me why or how to fix it?

Thanks~

That sounds fishy. Are you sure you are saving to the phone itself? Make sure of that. Also try borrowing a microSD card to see if that remedies the problem so you can know if it is the phone that is malfunctioning and not some random occurance. If all else fails, call Sprint.

  • I have a wing and it does that to, im not sure exactly what phone you have but do u do on the internet on ur phone? if so you might have cookies backing it up. Also you might have other things running that slows its internal memory like aim or something.

i guess your default storage place is your phone memory just change it to memory card and it should work fine
