Is it safe to cook chicken after defrosting and then freezing then defrosting?
I had put out some chicken to be defrosted on Sunday for dinner but never used it. I asked my son to put it in the refrigerator for Monday but he put it in the freezer again. Pulled it out and placed in refrigerator but never used it. Is it safe to cook today?

Yes, it is perfectly fine. I did the same with beef and it turned out like always. I needed it one day and had it in the fridge so I put it back in the freezer, then I didn't have a chance to make it so I put it back in the freezer for next time. Next time remember to PLAN PLAN PLAN!!!!! Seriously, next time plan everything out so nothing goes wrong. Your chicken may turn out a bit juicy, but that fine.

Yes it will still be safe to use, I have done that when the freezer died. Although it isn't recommended I had no trouble when I thawed it the second time and cooked it.
I felt it was even juicier, but I may have got it 'just right' for a change.

HELL NO. unless you like the idea of reading a magazine cover to cover 3 times in one "seating".

I would highly advise against eating it. It is not worth the risk of getting food poisoning.
