Download "SopCast" and use myp2p.eu to locate the links of foreign channels that are showing the games. You can normally always find a good stream and its normally not delayed longer than about 30 seconds. Failing that, there are some "Streaming Video" sites that may show them. DO NOT pay a website to watch them, they use sopcast aswell and all the software you need is 100% safe and free from the net!
