Will the rise in unemployment be exacerbated by an Obama victory?
It is a simple economic fact, raise taxes (or take tax cuts away) from corporations and they lay off workers or even worse, out source, in order to protect profit margins. The Obama tax plan is impending doom for many American workers. Economics dictate that when you give tax breaks to those that provide the jobs, then they create more jobs. When you think about it, would American middle class want a job with income, or no income but a tax break on their unemployment and welfare? Is a more socialistic policy of government provided job programs preferable?

There will be no unemployment - Obama has a job for you in the Middle East.

So your answer to the economy is give incentives and tax breaks to the ultra rich. We all know how well that has worked. Trickle down economics does nothing for anyone but the very rich. We don't want less police, firemen and mental health workers. Enough of the failed politics.

You're putting the cart before the horse. The employers want bigger profits, so they outsource, and that's when Americans lose jobs. And McCain and his cronies give them tax cuts anyway.

No. The fear & hype are way over blown. Since he has Bill Clinton's old economic adviser on his team all will be well.
