Nope not creepy at all. Maybe you should try being friends with him first, because you'll be able to better understand where is maturity level is. Also, be careful, if you two were to get together, then break up, it would put your brother in a pretty uncomfortable spot. No it is not weird. This guy is only 2 years younger then you. It shouldn't matter at all. Like you said his personality attracts you so it doesn't matter and he is mature so that can be a big reason why you like him.

I don't know why people think it's weird for the girl to be older than the guy in a relationship.

I guess that's how it's correlated today, but that's definitely not what I think.
