How long does it take for T-mobile to ship out phone?

I have been anxiously waiting for the G1 and I had to order it with customer service bc I couldn't get my discount online. I ordered it yesterday at 6 am ... I also asked for express shipping and I was wondering how long does it take for t-mobile to ship it out bc when I went to track it, there's no info on the UPS website. They haven't received the order. Why the hell would I pay express shipping and get it at the same time frame as regular shipping! WTF!

I paid the express shipping, there should be no reason why I have to wait a week for it

If you only ordered yesterday, it's not that unusual for UPS to not have any info yet. It is usually more than one day before UPS gets the phone in their system, and with the incredible demand for the G1 there may be a delay before it leaves T-Mobile's warehouse at all. And it's possible it's backordered as well and then of course there's more of a delay. I'm not sure of the status of G1 orders placed now, it depends on the color and I can't remember the details of which is shipping with what timeframe. 

Also I thought there was no express shipping this week but maybe I'm mistaken if they offered it to you.

it relatively is many times lots swifter. It probable potential there's a controversy with the variety you ordered, like they are on returned order. This information isn't consistently made attainable to the telephone reps so they would not understand why it is not been despatched yet.
