Go to the local bike shop and get a presta valve adapter for a dollar and get a Walmart Bell bike pump for $8 to $15.

Here is how you use it.

YIPES! NEVER buy one of those Bell pumps. You'll use it twice and throw it away.

Go to a bike shop and get a Blackburn or Topeak pump. They are right around $40 and have a lifetime guarantee... I have a Balckburn that is 10 years old and just got a free rebuild kit from them. This pump will give you both Schaeder and Presta valve options and will reach up to 160psi.
