Do you like mash potatoes with the lumps or ever so fluffy ?

mmmm lumps. I love lumps.

I like a few lumps in my mashed potatoes, I know then that they are not from a package. This is the real thing... I just hate the idea of eating something like mashed potatoes, prepared by someone else, (in a restaurant, hospital, or somewhere ) and come to find out they were from a package. So, guess you'd say, I'm not so sure I trust the smooth m/p. Could be my imagination, but the smooth m/p taste bland.

It depends on the kind of potato for me. Red-skinned potatoes I like lumpy and mashed with the skins on. The standard white potato varieties I like nice and fluffy.

I think I prefer smooth but since I love potatoes so, I enjoy lumps as well.

I like pillowy mounds of mashed potatoes.. No lumps.
