In Britain....is it take 1 hour off or put one on.My heads gone blank,lol?

I think it's one hour off but not 100% certain.And i need set my alarm clock for in the morning

    Clocks go back one hour so tomorrow its dark by 4.30 instead of 5.30 arghh!!!!!! So much doom and gloom to look forward to.
