I need a SERIOUS makeover!?

is it layered ? if you straighten it oftenly than you should layer it and if your hair is really thick you can thin it out at the hairdressers

and i think you should dye it brown [ just some personal opinion ]

If I were you, I'd trim your ends, go either a honey-blonde colour or keep your hair colour the same and before you go to bed, wash your hair and then plat all your hair into little plats all over your head [about a centimetre wide for each plat].

Then in the morning take them out and it'll look gorgeous.
