Hi Val!
I think this is happening because of one of two things:
either you have low blood sugar, which can happen if you don't eat the right things in your diet, or if you are excreting (getting rid off...) the things in your body before they have a chance to process in your bloodstream. I don't know what exactly, but there are certain vitamin supplements out there that can help you with this. But, always consult a doctor first before taking anything like this.
The other thing this may be caused by is small seizures, or epileptic seizures. I don't think this is it, though, unless you are experiencing other symptoms like blurry vision, short-term memory loss slightly before or after the dizziness begins, or you feel as though you cannot hear... or your ears ring for a period of time. Either way, I think you need to see a doctor... sometimes this can be caused by a blood clot in your leg, which is the cause of the shakiness in your leg. You want to see a doctor soon, in case you do have a blood clot, to ensure that nothing more serious happens.
The headaches are also a result of a blood clot. I'm not saying you have one for sure, I'm just saying... sounds like it's a possibility.
But, see a doctor! If you let things like this persist all they an do is get worse and you could wind up in a state that you definitely don't want to be in! Trust me! I had the same symptoms last year and I fainted a few times. Mine was the cause of low blood sugar, which I'm sure is what you have too. Just make sure you eat foods that are high in sugar, and... this is going to be a little gross... if you can help it don't poop right away. You don't want to execrete these foods right away. Also, try not standing or sitting for long periods of time... you want to keep moving so that in case you do have a blood clot it does not get stuck and get bigger disallowing any blood flow to your leg.
Do not take any medication for this. Even though it may be tempting to take IBU profien or aspirin or something, do not! Sometimes these medications only worsen the situation, which we don't want. Either put ice or a cold pack on your head when you get a headache, and for your leg, just try and calm down, breathe deep, and relax for a moment until the shaking is gone.
Hope this helps!

I think you are having small seizures. You should go to your doctor and ask him/her about it. You might want to go on WedMD and see if there is anything that might help you there.
