How to recipe/make german neffles?
I am wanting to make sauerkraut and kielbasa tonight but my grandmother always made these noodle things called neffles? I remember them being super easy and figured I would ask for the recipe! Thanks
They are like a noodle. I know that you make them and put them in boiling water for a bit to cook. I just don't know how to make them!

I have never heard of "neffles" but this site (source below, complete recipe) says it is an old german dish. Well, so be it. It sounds interesting, maybe I shall try it as well.

I found this recipe in my grandmothers recipe box. Just this, no instructions, but says to serve with toasted bread crumbs on top.
NEFFLERS
2 cups flour
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp salt

Neffles is made using a cup of flour with one egg and water to a noodle consistency. Bring salted water (very important to salt the water not the flour) to a boil. Cut the noodle right out of the bowl into the water boil till done.
Brown butter (oleo doesn't brown) in a separate saucepan then pour over the noodles.
A variation is to add to with sauerkraut
