I honestly love the birth control seasonique. That is the one that you only have a period once every 3 months. The reason I love it is because it levels my hormones and I feel normal and healthy for a long period of time. My hormones must be so out of whack, because without it I have so many problems physically and emotionally.
So, if you don't find anything natural, I suggest this medicine. I don't even use it for the birth control. I call it my own hormone therapy.

For getting results take medicines for at least four months.
