Does anyone know of a remedy for the painful menstrual cramps I have 4 days every month? ?

Pain relievers are recommended. My wife said beer.

Sorry love but I gotta go for the drugs when it comes to pain!!! Before I went on birth control some years ago, I had very painful periods as a teenager. Not sure where you are in the world but Naprogesic is a popular period pain reliever here. I found these okay but there is a sister drug to it called Naprosen which can be obtained on a prescription from the doctor. Once a day and no period pains, was great. Have had kids now and refuse to go back on the pill but I don't seem to have as bad period pains now thank goodness. One thing I guess you should remember is that not all "natural remedies" work on everybody. I guess you just have to find something that works for you and that you are comfortable taking. probable no longer, yet whilst u choose to cut back the soreness u come accross everytime u are due on your era bypass on your obgyn and placed your self on delivery controll pills this might ease the cramping slightly. on an identical time as there ask why you get such undesirable cramps whilst your peirod is commencing. solid success!

Primrose oil pills works wonders.

Midol works the best for me. Marijuana is herbal. You never know; it could help.

im an advil person.

however, ive heard that those hot packs really work well
